By collaborating with our in-house speech and occupational therapists our ABA team is able to carry over speech and communication goals in order to enhance your child's therapy sessions.  

Our speech and occupational therapists have a strong understanding of behavior and utilize behavioral techniques throughout their sessions.

Miss Alison, MS, CCC-SLP, Director of Related Services

As the Director of Related Services, Alison manages the speech and occupational therapy departments to ensure collaboration and consistent, effective coordination.

Alison is an ASHA certified Speech Language Pathologist who received her Bachelor of Arts and Master of Science degrees from Loyola University Maryland. She has had a passion for working with children most of her life, stemming from a young age playing with and taking care of her younger siblings and cousins. She has gained experience working in a variety of settings with preschool, school age, and high school students where she serviced individuals with Down syndrome, Autism, language delays, articulation disorders, and more. Given her fun-loving personality, she enjoys incorporating play and music into therapy that can carryover to communication skills at home and in school.


Alison fell in love with this field and believes everyone deserves a voice. It is her goal to embrace children’s strengths to help them reach their greatest potential.


Miss Liz, MS, CCC-SLP

Liz is an ASHA certified speech-language pathologist who received her bachelor of science degree from the University of Vermont and her Masters of Science degree from Emerson College in Boston. She has been practicing for over 30 years and has experience working in a variety of settings. Liz started started her career working primarily in acute care hospitals. She enjoyed helping adults regain skills they lost. As her career progressed and her own family grew she explored pediatric settings. Liz has extensive experience working with medically fragile infants and children. She has experience with developmental delays, Autism, apraxia, language delays, and speech sound disorders.

Liz has always enjoyed helping people, especially children, communicate. Communication builds relationships and she feels everyone deserves to be heard. Liz’s favorite parts of her job are witnessing children gain new skills that are truly transformative in their lives and empowering families to know they have the tools to help their child. After all these years in the field Liz still gets a kick out the funny things kids say as their personalities emerge!



Miss Colleen, MS, CCC-SLP

Colleen is an ASHA certified speech-language pathologist who received her Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in communication sciences and disorders from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania. Colleen has experience with working with children ages 3 to 21. She currently works in a school district during the day, primarily working with preschool and elementary aged students. She has experience providing therapy to individuals with down syndrome, articulation disorders, expressive and receptive language disorders, autism, and more.

Colleen loves watching her students have fun and make progress during therapy. She believes it is important to have fun and play during therapy sessions to have positive experiences while developing speech and language skills!


Miss Sibyl, MA, CCC-SLP

Sibyl is an ASHA certified speech-language pathologist who received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers University and her Master of Science degree from MGH Institute of Science in Boston. Sibyl has experience working with children between the ages of 3 to 15 and adults within school and hospital settings. She previously worked in a school district, working with preschool aged to middle school aged students. She has experience evaluating and treating individuals with expressive/receptive, articulation and phonological disorders. aphasia, autism, and Down syndrome.

Sibyl enjoys play based therapy and watching the children accomplish their goals. Sibyl is excited to provide a fun and safe environment for them to do so!


Miss Amanda, MS, OTR/L

Amanda is a licensed and certified pediatric occupational therapist through the National Board for Certification of Occupational Therapists, maintaining licensure in New Jersey and New York. Amanda received her Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences and Master of Science in Occupational Therapy degrees from Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, CT. Throughout her clinical experience, she has had the privilege of working with children across a broad range of ages and abilities, including individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Down Syndrome, ADHD, neuromuscular conditions, behavioral challenges, and more. She believes in designing individualized treatment plans by utilizing evidence-based strategies to promote children’s independence in meaningful daily activities.

Amanda is passionate about working within a multi-disciplinary team at Believe in Me to provide the highest quality of care for each child. She is dedicated to helping your child achieve their goals and unlock their full potential using a family-centered approach.


Miss Meredith, MS, OTR/L

Meredith is a New Jersey licensed and certified occupational therapist through the National Board for Certification of Occupational Therapists. Meredith is a graduate of Ithaca College, where she completed both her Bachelors degree and Masters degree through the Occupational Therapy Program. Through her clinical experience, she has worked with the pediatric population in ranging ages and abilities, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, sensory processing disorder, cerebral palsy, developmental delays, behavioral challenges, genetic disorders, learning disabilities, and more. She believes in using evidence-based strategies and techniques to foster each child’s potential and overall independence

Meredith is passionate about creating fun, engaging, and client-centered activities to help each child achieve their goals. She is excited to be a part of the team to broaden her knowledge and experience through the family-centered, multidisciplinary approach used at Believe in Me!


Miss Taylor, MS, OTR/L

Taylor is a licensed and certified occupational therapist through the National Board for Certification of Occupational Therapists. Taylor also has her New Jersey Occupational Therapy license. Taylor is a graduate of Ithaca College, where she completed both her bachelor’s degree in Occupational Science with a minor in Art, and her masters degree in Occupational Therapy. Throughout her clinical experience, she has worked with the pediatric population in ranging ages and abilities, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, Developmental Coordination Disorder, Down Syndrome, Sensory Processing Disorder, developmental delays, ADHD, behavioral challenges, and more. As an occupational therapist, she believes in utilizing current evidence-based techniques to help each child achieve their goals and increase their overall independence in their day to day life.

Taylor loves to develop creative and client-centered interventions to help each child reach their full potential. She is so excited to be a part of the multidisciplinary team at Believe in Me and to watch her clients make progress and grow!
