Cassandra Generelli, MA, BCBA

Chief Clinical Officer

Cassandra, our Co-Founder and Chief Clinical Officer, holds a post-master’s certification in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) since 2015.  She provides clinical support, supervision, and training to all team members.

Cassandra also serves as the Service Provider Community Liaison on the Autism Speaks NJ Executive Leadership Council, connecting service providers with important resources to best support the families they serve. 

Cassandra has been active in the ABA field since 2010, developing ABA programs for children and adolescents in various settings, including homes, schools, and daycare centers. Before co-founding Believe in Me, she also delivered Developmental Intervention services within Early Intervention and provided supervision and parent training services in home environments.

Cassandra's therapeutic beliefs are strongly rooted in positive reinforcement, consistent application of evidence-based behavioral techniques, and working closely with family members to ensure successful outcomes.  

Bethany Jameson, Special Educator

Chief Operations Officer

Bethany, our Co-Founder and Chief Operations Officer, is dual-certified in K - 5 and Special Education.  She oversees all aspects of center operations and provides essential insight for activities and lesson plans. 

Since 2008, Bethany has specialized in special education, with extensive experience supporting children across various developmental delays, including autism.  As a special educator Bethany developed IEP’s and leverages her past experience to support our families and advocate for each child’s needs as they transition to the school district. 

Prior to co-founding Believe in Me, Bethany provided Early Intervention services as a Special Educator, implementing individualized programs in homes, daycare centers, and schools.  She has worked with clients from newborn to 21 years old and was on the Targeted Evaluation Team for Early Intervention.

 Bethany's expertise includes sensory-based activities and techniques that integrate behavioral strategies to address comprehensive child development needs.
